USE AND APPLICATION
GESTURES

Apply morning and evening, massaging gently from the ankles to the waist and from the wrists to the shoulders. Ideal after a relaxing shower, especially after exercising.

To take full advantage of the product’s effectiveness and amplify the results, take a few minutes to apply the product properly.

APPLICATION GESTURES

Warm a small amount of Hydro-Toning Body Milk and massage into clean, dry skin with long, vigorous strokes, one part of the body after another.

Start from the foot and ankle and massage in with long, vigorous strokes up to the groin. Concentrate on the ankles and knees, using circular movements to soften thicker skin and make your legs feel lighter. Use 2 pumps per leg.

Place one hand on top of the other and perform circular movements starting from the navel and working outwards to the hips. Work upwards to the breasts, crossing both hands over your chest, so your right hand cups the left shoulder and your left hand the right shoulder. Massage from your hips to the lumbar area with large circles over the whole of the lower back region. Use 2 pumps.

Now massage your arms from your wrists to your shoulders using long, vigorous strokes. Focus on your elbows, using circular movements to soften any thick skin. From your shoulders, work down to the shoulder blades and back of the neck. Use 2 pumps.

Take a moment to boost your energy levels with the exceptional properties of water. If you need waking up in the morning or are feeling tired in the evening, finish off your shower with an invigorating burst of cold water.

During the day, top up your energy with an infusion of elderflower and rose hip to drink when you have a free moment. As well as keeping you hydrated, it will stimulate your body’s vital functions and relieve tension and fatigue.
